About who needs care: He had a stroke 6/10/24. Has left me with paralyzed on the left side. Has a history of lung cancer and prostate cancer which may have come back. Cannot walk. Need help getting from bed to wheelchair and back. Needs bed baths. He and I are both sensitive to fragrance. About the care needs: Caregiver should have a good sense of humor; be kind and empathic. Willing to do light housework, make easy breakfasts and dinners and do his laundry. Be able to transfer without a hoya; help him change clothes; willing to change diapers or pull-ups Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
