Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother With Alzheimer's In Sacramento

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother in her 80s. My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's earlier this year. She is 80 years old (soon to be 81). My dad cares for her day and night but undoubtedly needs a break and I live too far away. We are looking for some part time assistance 3-5 days a week for 2-3 hours each day. This would be motivating my mom to get up and walk on the treadmill or outside, get dressed, shower, and just talk to someone other than my dad. :) She is a terrible eater so anyone who can help with that would be great too.
