About who needs care: My mom is coming to live with me 1/1/2025. I need someone who is signed up with IHHS. I can pay the difference. My mom had a stroke over 30 yrs ago. She is paralyzed on her right side and bed bound. She can feed herself , but needs meals prepared, From food already cooked by me. She wears diapers and can change herself when she urinates; when she has a bowel movement she needs help being cleaned. About the care needs: A friendly, caring person who is patient. My mom cannot always get her words out: I need someone who will give her time and don't rush her words. Someone who can communicate and can comprehend the English language. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
