About the job
About who needs care: Late 70's woman with dementia, and is now starting to need supervision while daughter works, she is pleasant to be around, she sleeps most of the time, but when left alone she creates chaos, so she needs someone at home with her for her own safety. She uses a walker and doesn't need to go anywhere, if she does then her granddaughter will take her. She gets confused and needs to be reminded that she is at home. She also suffers from edema in the legs so she walks slow and requires a walker, she can use the bathroom on her own but occasionally needs assistance. If you think you can do the job, we are more then happy to give you a shot due to the fact we are at our wits end. ASAP. About the care needs: Must like watching the same thing repeatedly, be able to help if needed, patient but not a pushover, upbeat attitude with a knack for listening to long drawnout stories. Services needed include: companionship.
