About who needs care: No major health conditions other than high blood pressure. Sticks to bed but needs assistance getting to bathroom and kitchen. Shes a former teacher but is hard of hearing and refuses hearing aids so conversation can be limited. Just need someone to assist her overnight so the rest of the family can sleep. She gets up @2-5 times overnight, mostly for bathroom. About the care needs: Preferably Filipina who can speak the language as sometimes she resorts to it overnight. Do not recommend anyone who is timid. An outgoing personality is preferred even though interactions will be limited. Most be skilled at dealing with dementia cases. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
