About the job
Dates and times adjustable. Mom has dementia, dad needs help with her caregiving. Help with guidance to change into clothes, instructions for showering (can shower but needs guidance), instructions for brushing hair and teeth. Help get mom to take her morning meds (may have to hide it in a drink or food). Some days help with going for a walk, help with cleaning up the house (bathrooms, floors, kitchen), sometimes providing activities for her to do to provide a break for me dad. If the visit is in the afternoon, then helping with changing into pajamas, helping with evening meds, evening hygiene (hair, teeth), walk if weather is nice. Ideally 2 showers a week.
