Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Rocklin

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. My father is cognitively aware though he is a bit hard of hearing. He is generally very polite and accepting of help. His major challenges at this time is mobility (he uses a walker and is a fall-risk) and bathing/dressing. My mother lives in the home as well but she does not require any assistance at this time.
