Independent, smart and mentally sharp. Physically frail. Due to new back injury, needs help getting up and down - toilet, couch, bed, bath, etc. Needs some assistance changing clothes. Needs help with food prep and grocery pick-up. About the care needs: Cheerful, helpful, kind, caring, good sense of humor, and compassionate. Helpful and can take direction well. Needs help with getting her into/out of bed, to bathroom, to eat. Help with oxygen and medication. Someone who is well-educated and can think on their own. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
