Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Riverside (Male Preferred)

Jacob has Cerebral Palsy and has unsteady gait. Some bowel and bladder assist but mostly reminders and wiping assist if not done correctly. Jacob wants to be in a day program but requires a 1 on 1 caregiver with him at the program. Jacob also requires transportation to and from program. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
