Companion Care Needed For My Loved One In Riverside

I'm looking for companion care for my loved one in their 50s. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. My sister is 56 and has dementia and really just needs someone to hang out with her and watch TV. Possibly take short walks or try to encourage activities to keep her from being so bored. She lives with my mom and my mom's dog. My mom just needs someone a few days a week to free up her time as my sister cannot really be left alone.
