About who needs care: She is a fall risk. Just got discharged after recovering from a broken neck. Lives alone with her cat in a mobile home . She loves going outside for walks ( before her fall) for fresh air, spending time with family, traveling to see her brother up north, Making new recipies, and old black / white movies. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
