Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

About who needs care: Mild stroke 2021, CHF 2024, 4th stage kidney disease. She likes to be some what independent. ie: Walks around house with walker, feeds herself at the table with us, goes to the toilet herself ( may need occasional assistance) , can dress herself but gets very tired if unassisted. She likes to read and watch TV. There are a couple of afternoon soap operas she looks forward to. Morning routine: gets up 9:30 to 10 a.m. uses bathroom, takes medications, eats breakfast, has coffee and watches CNN. 2 days a week I give her a bath. Lunch is about 1:pm She watches Lays of our lives and afterward I share time with her watching Young and the restless. 3-3:30 p.m. is Tea and cookie time in her room. Some more news on TV and Dinner about 6 p.m. We watch evening Tv until 9 p.m. with is bedtime. PLEASE NOTE that in addition I am now caring for my husband that is recently home from Rehab due to his left hip surgery and the end of Jan 2025. This is why I really need help as he cannot care for her or drive himself to appointments. He gets around with a walker and tries to care for himself but needs assistant at time through out the day. He needs help with meals, etc. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver would step in for me 2 mornings ? I need to go to appointments, meetings, do errands myself. A friendly , caring personality. Knowledge of Spanish would be helpful. Maybe rides for my husband or Mother in law could to appointments could be helpful. Specifically I have an dental appointment on Wed Mar 26th at 11 a.m. and no one to stay with them. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
