Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Ridgecrest

We need a hands-on care provider with experience for my mother in her late 80s. Washing and changing their bed and maybe some additional laundry. She will need help dressing for the day. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Someone to provide companionship. Non-smoker is a requirement. My step father will be close by at first, at least until he's comfortable with leaving her alone, but this will also give him a break.
