About who needs care: Extremely limited mobility and high fall risk. Personal care assistance with toileting, bathing, dressing (possibly) meal preparation, etc. Independent for dining. Will probably be admitted to hospice shortly - waiting on an intake assessment. About the care needs: He's friendly but blunt. Doesn't require a lot of entertaining. Prior to a recent fall was living alone and self-sufficient. Active in the local AA chapter, spends most of his time on the couch watching television. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
