Caregiver Needed For Special Needs Daughter

I need a hands-on care provider with experience with special needs for my loved one in their 30s. Assistance with bathing , dressing (on occasion) . We're looking for someone to provide companionship, understanding, patience and friendship. Must have reliable transportation to bring our daughter to a day program daily. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Someone who is looking for long term employment.
