Need Ride/Hangout During Outpatient/Redwood City

I have an outpatient procedure at 2 p.m. July 1 in Redwood City. I live in Palo Alto. They will not do it unless someone is with me the whole time. I have a car that you could drive, but ideally, you could pick me up and take me home. I had an outpatient procedure a few years ago, and I was completely fine. I'm annoyed they won't just let me take But I'll need you to pick me up, drive me there, wait, drive me home. I'm 30's female, I'm on campus at Stanford. I am able-bodied and mobile. Please let me know anything I need to know or any questions you may have. Thank you.
