Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Redlands

We need hands-on care for my father. Looking for a caregiver who is familiar with dementia and poor vision. He has overnight urinary incontinence, so daily bed making with linen washing will be needed. He can take his own medications, but will need assistance with dispensing them. He can bathe and dress himself, but needs reminders to stick with a daily routine. He can feed himself, but will need meals to be prepared. Shaving and nail clipping needs to be done a few times per week. We ask that you encourage mobility with daily walks and stretching. Please be willing to do light housekeeping and food/meal prep. Preferences are for a female caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. We prefer a Certified Home Health Aid/CNA/MA/RN, etc.
