Help needed for my very sweet mother in her 80s - You will enjoy meeting her - seeking full-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Please be willing to do light housekeeping, including her laundry and keeping her area tidy. Some help needed with bathing. She does need to use a bedside commode, but she is very conscious of and participate in her own hygiene and is easy to manage. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Part of your responsibilities (seldom) will include running errands. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets - we have two very sweet cats - my concern is about allergies - they are very friendly, but you will probably not see them too much until they get to know you.
