Part Time Elder Care For Parent

My Mom has pretty severe dementia and is increasingly less mobile. She has always been a social person and thrives on people contact with the right people. My Mom stays with us. I go to work in the morning and don't come home till 6 p.m. daily. My brother helps but she doesn't listen to him ( I'm told this is typical of all Moms). She can do basic ADLs but does require minimal assist. She needs help with going for walks daily and companionship. Ideal candidate is gregarious, perceptive, kind , patient and has experience with elderly. Daily times are flexible. If you're interested, feel free to reply.
