About who needs care: Needs assistance with transfers, dressing, self care. On hospice but health-wise is stable. On O2, able to sit up at table and feed self. Verbally Responsive. Extremely pleasant. Likes to watch the news, nature shows, enjoys family visits, We have 24/7 caregivers and currently need to hire and train someone for our morning rotation and as a backup. About the care needs: Kind, confident but gentle, demonstrates caring. Attentive. No ego games. Family is very involved and has high standards. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
