Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Point Reyes Station

I'm helping my mother-in-law get some additional Home Health support; she currently has a Home Health person who comes on Mon/Wed/Fri and so we're looking for someone to fill in the other 2-4 days with a 4-hour shift on each day. My mother-in-law lives independently in a cottage here on our property. My mother-in-law is 83-yrs-old and in generally good health. She's ambulatory (but no longer drives) and does a lot on her own but needs a little extra support: assist with meal prep, assist with showering, errands (grocery, pharm, dr appt if applicable to sched) Commute: 30 min from Novato, 40 min from Petaluma, 20 min from Fairfax.
