Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Pleasant Hill

I need senior care provider for my 66-year-old father who was recently diagnosed with ALS. We are looking for help a few times per week in order to maintain his independence for as long as possible while staying in his own apartment before transitioning to an assisted living facility in 2025. The estimated end date for needing care would be until May 2025. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Some light tidying up is involved. We're looking for some help preparing basic meals (sandwiches, oatmeal, smoothies). Part of the responsibilities will include laundry, picking up the mail, taking out the trash. He may need help with transportation to/from appointments.
