About the job
Hi! We are currently looking for a caretaker (non-medical) for my father who is 55 years old post-stroke. He is about to finish his rehab and is now relatively independent. We are looking for someone to help him with his reading/writing activities as well as keep his progress motivated such as going on walks with him. We are looking for someone with a car who can also drive him to social events occasionally. He does not have any medical issues you would have to take care of as a caretaker, rather we are looking for someone who can monitor and motivate him. My father loves to play golf, watch videos, exercise and we are looking for someone who can help him heal during his journey. Responsibilities do not include cleaning, but we would appreciate occasional lunch meal prep with our fully-stocked kitchen. Flexibility with hours if needed.
