Live-in Home Care Needed For My Father In Pismo Beach

About who needs care: He can't see well, causing him to really need to not drive. Not at night for sure. His vision is causing loneliness... He cannot watch shows, read articles (news) or get into the things he really would like to. He mentioned getting a live in person to kind of stay there for free and work out a payment to have someone around. All of his other family are so busy with their lives and cannot put everything on hold to live with him. He complains that nobody visits etc. About the care needs: Someone that listens well and will not be scared to talk to and kid around with my father. He is 84 and cannot do much but has a sharp mind yet frustrated with his vision... He needs help. He has asked me many times and talked about having someone live at his house for free just for having someone to help and talk to. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
