Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Pasadena

I'm looking for companion care for my mother in her 80s. She goes to a dialysis clinic three times a week. Her nursing facility provides transportation to the clinic, but I need someone to help take her from the van into the clinic and sit with her during her treatment and then get her back onto the transport.
