Part Time Help With Disabled Father

My dad is a left leg amputee and is partially paralyzed. He is in chronic pain and has a hard time with depression, anxiety, and has many insecurities. He needs general help paying bills, help with chores around the house, getting to doctor's appointments. He is very anxious about having a strict schedule and could need help at any time. Looking for someone to be an advocate and support him with trying to handle his medical needs. I live in Las Vegas and try to come visit about once a month to help out but he is requiring more help now days. He is mechanically inclined and likes watching motocross with his me and his friends. He is a regular at restaurant and goes there daily to eat. He is very conversational and loves to talk but can be opinionated lol Please let me know if you have any questions!
