Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Palm Desert

I'm looking for companion care for my mother in her 80s. Some tidying up is involved including laundry & ironing, sweeping, dishes, etc. We're looking for some help preparing meals and ensuring that she eats them. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. She has a bird that makes a lot of noise so if you are sensitive to loud noises, this would not be good for you.
