Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Oxnard

We need hands-on care to care for my father (90). He lives with my mother (87) in an Independent Living facility in Oxnard. Duties include showering, toileting (although he's still mostly independent), encouraging movement and activities as well as providing companionship and social interaction. Caregiver must be licensed, have their own car and be a non-smoker.
