We seek a friendly, compassionate, and creative individual to provide companionship and social engagement for our mom, who resides in a board and care facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys spending quality time with others and participating in engaging activities to enrich someone's day-to-day life. Provide companionship through meaningful conversation and interaction. Organize and participate in crafts, card games, or other light recreational activities at her residence. Plan and accompany her on occasional outings (e. g., doctor appointments, parks, cafes, movie theaters or local events). Offer emotional support and help her stay socially engaged. Looking for someone who is: A kind, patient, and empathetic personality. Experience working with elderly individuals is preferred but not required.
