About who needs care: David is recovering from a hospital and skilled nursing stay, He is home awaiting the start up of in home PT. His main ongoing condition is white matter disease which mostly effects his balance. He's going to be using a wheel chair then hopefully a walker. His mood is good and his cognitive functioning is still good. Our main need now, not the only one, is having someone strong enough to transfer him from wheelchair to toilet and couch. About the care needs: David is 6 feet 190 pounds. We need a strong person. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
