About who needs care: My father has mild to moderate dementia, is very weak, and is a fall risk at night because he keeps wanting to get up out of bed. He is very kind and respectful. About the care needs: We are in need of supplementing our daytime caregivers with someone to be there during sleeping hours for when he wakes up in the night. The main responsibility is to help him stay in bed, and when necessary, help him use the urinal or toiket in the middle of the night. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
