Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider

About who needs care: Both parents require immediate care. Father is 85 and just spent 16 days and an additional ER visit for infected collapsed lung. He had surgery to remove part of the lung and remove infection. Nearly deaf and sight impaired macular degeneration. Congestive heart failure. Mother is 82 with atrial fibrillation and extreme weakness. Spent 11 days in hospital with surgery for implant in heart. Fall risk and has fallen twice with injuries. About the care needs: Need clear English speaking with good tone and volume. Must enunciate well for father. Excellent caring people skills. Alert. Comes in without cellphone use and no guest, children, pets, etc. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
