Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Independent Living Skills Worker to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in developing and maintaining the skills needed for independent living. This role involves providing hands-on assistance, teaching life skills, and fostering a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and transportation. Teach and reinforce independent living skills tailored to individual needs and goals. Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with clients, families, and care teams.
