Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Oakland

Seeking companion care near Oakland for my mother in her 70s. She is in the early stages of Alzheimer's. She is intellectual and lucid, but needs support with daily activities. Schedule days and times have some flexibility. Duties include light housekeeping, errands, some grocery shopping, and finding engaging activities. My mother enjoys volunteering, thrifting, walks, museums, etc. Ideal candidate has their own transportation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. My husband and I are also expecting our first child in March. We'd like to find a candidate that is comfortable helping my mother with being a grandmother as she may not be able to be alone with the baby often or or for long periods. Payment includes hourly rate, mileage reimbursement, and covers meals/activity costs with my mother.
