Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Oakland

About who needs care: Harry was just released from hospital after 10 day stay for heart-related incident at home. He needs help dressing, moving around his house with a walker, doing meal-prep, etc. until he is strong enough to do these things himself. He lives alone in the Glenview area of Oakland. We expect Harry to need at-home help 24 x 7 for at least 2 weeks and expect it would be provided by several at-home helpers dividing the day into shifts. About the care needs: The caregiver should have an interest in conversation with older individuals and be strong enough to help stabilize a 170 lb person as he regains his ability to move around his house with a walker. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
