Support For ALS Family

We are Casey 45 (severely disabled with ALS/ Lou Gherig's disease) Levana 46 + a 5-year-old. We both work full time. More than anything, we need someone who is reliable, mindful, patient and who can interact with Casey respectfully. His tongue doesn't work but his mind is super sharp. We have have a small team of support people, but no one with actual caregiving experience and momma needs a break. Looking for someone who who can cover me for an entire weekend once a month and handle transfers (with a lift) and toileting, and also sub on the occasional evening that our other evening people are both out (quite a bit this month).
