Hands-on Care Needed For My Father

We need compassionate, hands-on care to take care of my father . Some light tidying up is involved. The most support that he needs is transferring him from bed, to his wheel chair and toileting, occasionally helping with bathing, meal preparation and feeding. Seeking someone who can offer companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a kind, supportive caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets (we have a sweet Siberian Husky!) and CPR / first-aid trained. My father dementia - he still has much of his cognitive function but he gets confused at times or forgets answers to questions. The dementia presents as Parkinsonism in his hands with shaking and stiffness in his legs and body, making his mobility very limited. He is kind and funny and loves watching the news.
