Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Northridge

My mom has progressive Multiple Sclerosis and is wheelchair bound. She fractured her right leg and cannot put weight on it. She was previously independent with driving and transfers (chair to bed, chair-shower, etc), however now needs assistance with transfers. We have access to a Hoyer lift so no heavy lifting required. My mother is very independent, cognitively intact, involved in volunteer work, and completes most tasks on her own, such as financial planning. Husband and daughter work full time but are available nearby for assistance. Services needed: running errands, cooking, cleaning, laundry, dressing, bathing and changing/toileting. Preference for a caregiver who is female. Preference for flexible schedule as it may vary dependent on need.
