Seeking home care near North Hollywood for my husband in his 70s. Hours 9-6. Assistance with medication is needed. He has diabetes and needs his blood sugar tested and insulin administered. He has limited vision due to RP. He is very confused due to dementia and cannot help care for himself so his daily routine is limited, and I'm sad. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. He is a very gentle man, shy, no hobbies but loves football games. Start date not known yet. We're building an ADU in our son's back yard. It should be done some time in November of this year. I am unable to help him due to my health issues but I don't need daily care like he does. I need help with him. I cook, no issues there.
