Caregiver Needed In Newport Coast

Client lives with son and is alert and oriented. Client has ALS is nonverbal and uses writing and gestures to communicate. Client requires full assistance with dressing, bathing, and transferring. Sponge baths for client. Client does not eat or drink, she has a G-tube and can't swallow. Client does not ambulate, she uses a wheelchair and requires to be transferred from wheelchair to toilet via pivot transfer. Client uses adult briefs, which will need to be changed at times, but also uses bathroom, needs assistance with transfer. Client uses gait belt, and is prone to falls. Personal care includes hair care. Light housekeeping includes dishes, laundry, and bed linens.
