Daily Transportation Needed For My Mother's Commute In Newport

We are looking for someone to assist my mother with her daily commute to and from work (she works regular business hours, 9a-5p, M-F) so drop off around/before 9a and pick up around/after 5p. She could also use help with errands (such as grocery shopping on a weekly basis) and getting to doctor's appointments. She is deaf, so it's important to find someone that is comfortable communicating via text. Your own reliable transportation is essential. We would ideally like to find someone who can provide consistent, quality care and wanting to build a long-term relationship.
