Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Newport Beach

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father who is 89. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. He broke his hip a few years ago, so he has to use a walker. He has been falling lately even while using his walker. My Mom is his primary caretaker, and her health is not the best so someone who can help her out with small tasks around the house would be great!
