Companion Care Needed For My Loved One In Mountain View

I'm looking for companion care for my loved one in their 80s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Personal care required, including feeding. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). This is a short term set up as I will be travelling, and I am the primary caregiver. Aunty is mobile and more or less self sufficient. She has Alzheimers and struggles with change/holding onto present realities. Primarily, she needs someone around to remind her of the current situation (Her husband is in a rehab facility 12 min from home ), remind her to eat, take her morning medication, take her to visit her husband, make lunch and either order in or make dinner, take her nightly medication.
