About the job
Seeking live-in home care for my mother in her 70s. Assistance with medication is needed. House work like bathroom, shower, kitchen, floors is required. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Errands are picking up medication once a month, taking her to senior center 1x per week, taking her out of the home to do fun things now and then. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. She is still mobile but she is a fall risk. Live-In provides a room, cable, internet access, full access to bathroom. Looking for someone who doesn't need many days off.
