About the job
We need hands-on care to take care of my husband in Moraga. He has Parkinson's Disease with both physical & cognitive difficulties. Among other things, he may need reminders to take his medication & helping him take it. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship, accompany him on walks, help him with things like finding TV programs he likes or being generally helpful as he goes about his day. Preference for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Must have current COVID vaccination.
