Seeking A Provider For Transportation/errands In Modesto

My care concerns are: Errands / Shopping, Transportation. I might ask you to run errands now and then. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Possible occasional transportation to airport in Sacramento. I have MS and do not drive due to mobility issues but am otherwise independent. I use a fold up electric wheelchair for longer distances and a rollator for shorter distance. I also have a very well trained service dog (yellow lab) who often accompanies me.
