About the job
Looking to make an immediate hire to start working Monday Dec 1. Part-time care for my 91-year-old grandmother. Would only be a few hours a day so 14-18 hours per week total. Would need someone to come in the morning and help with socks, unloading dishwasher, taking out garbage, some laundry, light household tasks. She just had a hip replacement and is using a walker and cane so need someone to accompany her to run errands. Also need someone to come in the evening and help with taking socks off and some other household tasks. She is pretty self-sufficient but I'd like to hire a care-taker for the next 6 weeks of her recovery for some additional support. Must be okay with dogs, and looking for someone with prior caretaker/nurse/CNA experience. Background check is required. Priority to caregivers that are bonded and insured.
