About the job
I am looking for someone to support my mom's primary caregiver so she can have some time off. My mom uses a wheelchair and needs support with all daily activities. She had a brain tumor removed in 2019 and the recovery has not gone as planned. She is quite interactive with the right person. She responds well to those who treat her with respect and treat her as an adult. This job is actually ongoing and flexible depending on the needs of our family and her primary caregiver. We appreciate your interest in helping us to provide my mom with the best care possible. An ideal day would include activities, meals prepared and feeding supported, conversation, and much laughter. We're looking for someone who is energetic, positive, kind, and trained in supporting with wheelchair transfers, feeding, changing, and bathing. To get to our home you can park in the driveway.
