About who needs care: Memory and mobility becoming a challenge. Has a repetitive day - and is taking care of some outside cats- a few indoor. So checking in on her and making sure meds are being taken. She is becoming stubborn and needs support but refuses to allow us to move her into a care facility. So likely this job will evolve over time and become more challenging. She has asthma and does a breathing treatment daily. No hobbies - just pets. Food prep and nutritional improvements- she is not eating well. Dishes and keep the fridge and dishes clean. At times becomes an issue. Organize what is needed house - floor 1 organized. Hoping to move her to the downstairs bedroom. About the care needs: Kind and understanding- but firm -making sure she does not just push the care provide out the door. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
