Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother In Los Gatos

Seeking live-in home care near Los Gatos for my 85 yr old mother who has mild to moderate dementia. Responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following: 1. Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. 2. Administering medications as prescribed and keeping track of medication schedules. 3. Planning and preparing meals. 4. Performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment. 5. Providing support with walking, transferring, and using mobility aids if necessary. 6. Engaging in conversation, participating in activities, and providing emotional support for my mother. 7. Assisting with transportation to appointments/errands. Compensation would be room and board and IHSS hours per month. Would be required to be an IHSS provider or become one shortly after.
